Today’s release focused on AI workflow improvements, marketplace reliability, and a few customer-facing fixes across billing and integrations.

  • New: AI-assisted workflows now have better relationship lookup and entity linking, improving how the product finds and connects related records.
  • Improved: Marketplace imports and updates are more reliable, with safer rollback behavior and better handling of dependency changes.

Relationship queries cut over to v1, with hotfixes for lists and kanban

We completed the new relationship-query platform rollout across major product surfaces, then shipped follow-up fixes for list and kanban regressions.

  • New: Relationship queries now run on the new v1 platform across widgets, lists, forms, calendars, reference fields, custom objects, workflows, and AI live datasources.
  • Improved: The shared filter builder and field picker now power more of the product, with cleaner workflow condition editing and improved typed inputs like date, user, status, and entity pickers.
  • Fix: Fixed list and kanban regressions after the cutover, including broken URL behavior, incorrect default columns, and raw values rendering as [object] or unformatted links.
  • Fix: Builder autosave is more reliable, preventing changes from reverting while typing in shared sections, containers, and modal settings.

Programs, workflows, and estimates got smarter

This release adds month-based program recurrence, improves workflow recovery, and brings stage estimate overrides into the product.

  • New: Programs can now run on calendar-month intervals, with backfill alignment to keep schedules on track.
  • Improved: Workflows are more resilient with better recovery for stale-running jobs and a fix for duplicate watchdog dispatches.
  • New: Stage instances now support estimate overrides, with editing in the UI and reporting that reflects the overridden values.
  • Fix: The AI preset editor no longer crashes in the common TDZ case.

Ticket policy controls and escalation workflow updates

Today’s release adds more control around ticket policy enforcement and expands escalation, workflow, and reporting behavior across the product.

  • New: Ticket policy checks can now block sending by severity, with a clearer Send Anyway override flow and richer HTML signatures in replies.
  • Improved: Escalations now inherit global priorities and tags, with updated settings and improved handling for closed buckets and assignee defaults.
  • Improved: Workflows and layouts gained new conditional logic options, including date and agency-based conditions plus current user department shortcodes.
  • Improved: Forms and client matching were improved with better submission review actions and adapter target matching.
  • Improved: Reports and settings were updated with profitability fees, a Billing section under Clients, and a cleaner settings navigation experience.

This release improves how escalations, custom objects, programs, and ticket assignment behave across the product.

  • New: Escalation settings now support pools and a smoother create/edit experience.
  • Improved: Custom object builders can use conditional fields, default sorting and filtering, and hidden values save correctly.
  • Improved: Ticket assignment is more reliable, with capacity-based auto-assignment and better recovery when an assignment is rejected.
  • Improved: Inbound webhooks and filters are more robust, and program enrollments can pick up tasks more consistently.
  • Fix: The browser extension now better protects impersonation sessions, and client image cropping/proxy handling is more reliable.

We tightened access controls, hardened billing flows, and improved time reporting and workflow automation.

  • Improved: Added stronger privacy and access rules for tickets, tasks, records, and AI-assisted actions so content stays scoped to the right client and users.
  • Improved: Improved billing reliability with safer settlement handling, startup fee charge locks, and more accurate revenue reporting for paid accounts.
  • New: Added escalation automation and program scheduling improvements, including start delays, skip conditions, and easier backfill handling.
  • Improved: Time reports now default to active work first, making it easier to review current activity.
  • Improved: AI image and video generation now automatically uses the client’s brand context when available.

Auth, permissions, and builder polish across the app

Today’s release focused on smoother login and tenancy handling, clearer permissions and logs, and several builder and date-display improvements.

  • New: Added system log tabs for authentication, client activity, and task audit history, with unified assignment history for tasks and tickets.
  • Improved: Improved login and SSO handling, including better extension/session coordination, public OAuth provider controls, and stronger protection against auth race conditions.
  • Improved: Made agency switching more reliable by redirecting deep links correctly and preventing stale or false redirects after tenant changes.
  • New: Expanded the builder with help panels, better field search and display-field handling, and new font-size controls for supported field types.
  • Improved: Improved date and task displays with relative or full date modes, tooltips, and cleaner archived-process navigation.
  • Fix: Fixed notification and comment assignment behavior so links open correctly and task comment alerts go only to current assignees.

We shipped several customer-facing updates to custom objects, workflows, formulas, and mobile layouts.

  • New: Custom object records can now be inspected in read-only detail views, and linked-record filters are easier to find and use in the builder.
  • Improved: Workflow editors now support inline shortcode toggles, stage start date updates, and other configuration improvements.
  • New: Added calculated formula authoring and testing improvements, including better support for client references and date or agency context.
  • Improved: Improved composite list controls with sorting, max results, and hide-add options.
  • Improved: Polished mobile and drawer layouts across views, settings, escalations, tasks, tickets, reports, and other detail screens.

My Day, workflows, and public stage got a major polish

Today’s release improved task handling, public stage behavior, and several workflow and builder flows across the app.

  • Improved: My Day now reorders items more reliably when priority changes, while preserving manual spacing and drag order.
  • Improved: Public Stage shortcodes can now resolve values from process fields, and anonymous uploads no longer get stuck on auth storage checks.
  • Improved: Create Entity Forms now support ticket status on create, and the form builder’s section naming was simplified to make setup clearer.
  • Improved: Workflow and process views were improved with better stage matching, clearer task cost/time guidance, and more accurate visual ordering in the workflow visualizer.
  • Fix: Several ticket and custom object interactions were smoothed out, including peek panel behavior, linked-record filtering, and fewer reload or scroll-jump issues.

A broad release day focused on workflow visibility, faster triage, and cleaner public-stage behavior.

  • Improved: My Day now shows a richer workspace with progress, timeline, triage, appointment pacing, and clearer empty states.
  • Improved: Escalations were redesigned with a more structured layout, better status handling, assignee controls, process links, and notifications for comments and status changes.
  • Improved: Tables and embedded task views gained inline editing, peek actions, better filtering, and stronger ticket status behavior.
  • Fix: Public Stage was improved with client-field support, shortcode handling, upload display fixes, and safer handling of system keys and layout data.
  • Fix: Timer tracking now attributes impersonation time to the real user, with related fixes for timer ownership and escalation time scoping.

A day of visible updates across the dashboard, public links, and date/time behavior.

  • New: My Day got a major refresh with stacked triage, a split Right Now / Up Next layout, timeline and progress views, and better realtime updates.
  • New: Create Entity forms now support adjustable field widths and after-submit settings, making form setup more flexible.
  • New: Ticket message composition now includes a signature picker and better shortcode defaults for nested recipients.
  • Improved: Process and public link dates now respect tenant time zones and relative date preferences, improving consistency across views.
  • Fix: Public task links and marketplace imports were hardened, and marketplace soft-delete exports now work correctly.

A major release added the new My Day workspace, sticky notes, multi-entity create forms, process archive controls, and time gap reconciliation, with follow-up fixes later in the day.
