We tightened how AI tools, SOPs, and help content behave, while also fixing a few visible access and read issues.

Workflow automation gained new trigger and output options, while website forms and public contact handling were improved.

List views moved fully to the new engine

AgencyTitan finished the switch to the new relationship-query list engine and fixed a worker outage that affected background processing.

  • New: Task, process, and client lists now run entirely on the new list engine, with legacy list RPCs removed and list filtering, sorting, and unassigned views corrected.
  • Improved: List screens now use a faster execution path, improving performance and keeping permissions and grouped counts in sync with the old behavior.
  • Fix: The production worker fleet was restored after a workflow bundle issue prevented workers from starting.
  • Fix: AI shortcode history now returns the correct process history in production instead of only the current instance.

  • New: Ticket message filters and shortcodes are now available, along with an SMS inbox phone picker for faster inbound message handling.

This release adds month-based program recurrence, improves workflow recovery, and brings stage estimate overrides into the product.
