Builder and mobile UX improvements across the app
We shipped several customer-facing updates to custom objects, workflows, formulas, and mobile layouts.
- New: Custom object records can now be inspected in read-only detail views, and linked-record filters are easier to find and use in the builder.
- Improved: Workflow editors now support inline shortcode toggles, stage start date updates, and other configuration improvements.
- New: Added calculated formula authoring and testing improvements, including better support for client references and date or agency context.
- Improved: Improved composite list controls with sorting, max results, and hide-add options.
- Improved: Polished mobile and drawer layouts across views, settings, escalations, tasks, tickets, reports, and other detail screens.
