Privacy, billing, and reporting updates
We tightened access controls, hardened billing flows, and improved time reporting and workflow automation.
- Improved: Added stronger privacy and access rules for tickets, tasks, records, and AI-assisted actions so content stays scoped to the right client and users.
- Improved: Improved billing reliability with safer settlement handling, startup fee charge locks, and more accurate revenue reporting for paid accounts.
- New: Added escalation automation and program scheduling improvements, including start delays, skip conditions, and easier backfill handling.
- Improved: Time reports now default to active work first, making it easier to review current activity.
- Improved: AI image and video generation now automatically uses the client’s brand context when available.
