Live Agent meetings and agency-wide inbox sharing arrive
Today’s release adds Live Agent meeting support, browser session improvements, and broader ticketing fixes.
- New: Added Live Agent meetings and phone-door support, including meeting recording and calendar context.
- New: Agency-wide inbox sharing is now available for tickets, making shared inboxes easier to manage across the agency.
- Improved: Browser sessions and the browser operator were improved for the first production release, with a more reliable browser image build.
- Fix: Fixed ticket priority and status changes so updates save correctly again.
