Workflow loops and triggers got more reliable
Workflow execution, trigger handling, and a few related product areas were improved to behave more consistently for agencies.
- Fix: Workflow buttons now respect custom active client statuses, fixing cases where automation buttons appeared unavailable for clients in non-default active states.
- Improved: Workflow loops gained better publish validation and more reliable paging, including support for integration actions inside loops.
- New: A new global task trigger condition lets workflows fire when a task leaves a client-accessible stage.
- Improved: Ticket AI now uses your tenant’s configured status buckets for open and closed classification.
- Fix: Field schedule automations now return the correct field values again, fixing failures caused by an outdated data source.
