Workflow and AI builder updates
Today’s release adds new workflow conditions and AI builder capabilities, plus several customer-facing website and auth improvements.
- New: Workflows now support custom-field change conditions, improved For Each array handling, and clearer condition names.
- Improved: The AI builder gained new linking and vocabulary improvements, making it easier to connect tickets to processes and work with widgets and filters.
- Improved: Create Entity Forms can now clear after submission, and the form experience was refined.
- Improved: Website legal and consent pages were updated, including consent audit and request-access improvements.
- Improved: Auth redirects now send legal pages to the marketing site.
