Reference pickers, SMS intake, and health checks land in production
Today’s release adds new workflow and inbox capabilities, plus broader reliability monitoring across integrations and widgets.
- New: Reference picker v1 now supports direct execution, making it easier to select related records in workflows and builders.
- New: Ticket message filters and shortcodes are now available, along with an SMS inbox phone picker for faster inbound message handling.
- Improved: Integration credential health checks and worker watchdog monitoring were added to catch broken integrations and stalled background processing sooner.
- Improved: Widget drift and ticket SMS reply checks were expanded to help prevent visible data and inbox issues.
- Fix: Frontend deploy retries were improved so temporary GitHub 503 errors are less likely to break production releases.
