# Create a manual time entry

## Description

Creates a completed manual time entry and returns its id. Members may log their own time; logging time for another user requires reports.manage.

    - `process_definition_id` (`string|null`) — Process definition associated with the work.
    - `process_instance_id` (`string|null`) — Task associated with the work.
    - `stage_id` (`string|null`) — Process stage definition associated with the work.
    - `stage_instance_id` (`string|null`) — Task stage instance associated with the work.
    - `started_at` (`string`, required) — When the work started; must be in the past.
    - `ticket_id` (`string|null`) — Ticket associated with the work.
    - `user_id` (`string|null`) — User who performed the work. Omit for yourself; creating for another user requires reports.manage.
