## Description

Returns paginated time entries with user, client, task, ticket, escalation, and duration attribution. Search matches user and entity labels. Date bounds are inclusive tenant-timezone calendar dates. Members without reports.view receive only their own entries; report viewers retain assigned-scope and privacy filtering.

## Parameters

- `category` (query, optional, `string`) — Only return entries in this tracking category. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
- `client_id` (query, optional, `string`) — Only return entries associated with this client. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
- `end_date` (query, optional, `string`) — Last tenant-timezone calendar date to include. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
- `include_deleted` (query, optional, `boolean`) — Include removed entries when the caller has report access. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
- `is_manual` (query, optional, `boolean`) — Filter manual or automatically tracked entries. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
- `limit` (query, optional, `integer`) — Maximum number of items to return (1-200).
- `offset` (query, optional, `integer`) — Number of items to skip before collecting the result set.
- `order` (query, optional, `string`) — Sort direction. Default `desc`.
- `process_definition_id` (query, optional, `string`) — Only return entries associated with tasks from this process definition. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
- `search` (query, optional, `string`) — Match user names, clients, process/task labels, ticket subjects, or escalation labels.
- `sort` (query, optional, `string`) — Field to sort by. Default `started_at`.
- `start_date` (query, optional, `string`) — First tenant-timezone calendar date to include. Optional filter. Omit unless the user asked for it; never guess identifiers.
