# Get my day

## Description

Returns the effective caller's My Day snapshot for one date: the ordered plan (stages, tickets, gaps), deferred items, triage (new assignments, unread mentions, assigned tickets with SLA state, escalations, priority moves), capacity, and progress. Read-only; the plan order is the user's own My Day order. Identity is always the caller — no other user's day can be requested.

## Parameters

- `date` (query, optional, `string`) — Calendar date (YYYY-MM-DD). Defaults to today in `timezone`.
- `new_since` (query, optional, `string`) — Cutoff for "new" triage items. Defaults to the start of the requested day.
- `timezone` (query, optional, `string`) — IANA time zone used to resolve "today" and day boundaries. Defaults to UTC.
