## Description

Creates a top-level comment or reply on one entity.

## Parameters

## Request body

- Required: yes
- Content-Type: `application/json`

    - `content` (`string`) — Plain-text comment body. Newlines are preserved.
    - `entity_id` (`string`, required) — Entity id to attach the comment to.
    - `entity_type` (`string`, required) — Entity type to comment on (for example `task`).
    - `mentioned_department_ids` (`array<string>`) — Tenant department ids whose active members should be mentioned and notified.
    - `mentioned_user_ids` (`array<string>`) — Tenant user ids to mention and notify.
    - `mentions_everyone` (`boolean`) — Mention every active tenant member. Governed AI calls require approval.
    - `parent_comment_id` (`string|null`) — When provided, creates this comment as a reply within the existing thread.
